From material selection to export loading, four key stages all completed in-house. Photo and video slots are reserved for your assets.

MATERIAL
Material Selection
Aerospace-grade aluminium profiles and North American maple are fully inspected on arrival; wood moisture kept at 8-12%, aluminium wall thickness sampled batch by batch.

MACHINING
Precision Machining
5-axis CNC centers handle frame cutting and drilling with ±0.1mm tolerance, guaranteeing assembly precision on every apparatus.

ASSEMBLY
Hand Assembly
Skilled technicians assemble springs, rails and upholstery by SOP; every apparatus passes a 500-cycle glide test after assembly.

QC & SHIPPING
QC & Shipping
Each finished unit passes triple inspection — load, noise and appearance — then ships in export wooden crates with moisture film, by sea or express worldwide.
